### Steps to reproduce & analyze

```sh
k apply -f nginx.yml; sleep 15 ;k delete -f nginx.yml
# on the host
iptables -t nat --line-numbers -L CNI-HOSTPORT-DNAT
# rules shown are not deleted anymore
```
