Moritz Graf caf2c07565 build(moritzgrafde): simplify Dockerfile to serve pre-built static assets

Remove multi-stage Node.js build from the Dockerfile and copy pre-built dist assets directly into the nginx:alpine runtime image.

Moritz Graf Personal Website

Personal executive portfolio and capabilities showcase for Moritz Graf (https://moritzgraf.de).

Built with Vue 3, Vite, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. Deployed via GitOps to private Kubernetes infrastructure.

Development
