Automated psychrometric cellar ventilation controller for mold prevention, running on a Shelly Plug S (Gen 3) paired with outdoor and indoor Shelly BLU H&T Bluetooth low-energy sensors.

- Prometheus Metrics Pipeline: Generates standard Prometheus exposition text scraped by cluster monitoring.
- Automated Deployment: Templated JavaScript upload via local Shelly RPC API orchestrated by Terraform.
